No Refund Policy
All sales made on CJP Originals are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

To request a return approval, customers must provide:
- A clear unboxing video recorded from the beginning without cuts
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Order number and customer details
Claims without proper proof may be rejected.
No Returns for Wrong Size
Customers are responsible for checking the size chart carefully before placing an order.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Fit issues
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Ordering mistakes
