All products sold on our website are fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand production partner, Qikink. Every product is made after the order is placed to reduce waste and maintain product quality.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Since our products are made-to-order through Qikink, processing usually takes:

  • 2–5 business days

Processing times may increase during:

  • New product drops
  • High-demand periods
  • Sales events
  • Public holidays

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.


2. SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery times within India:

  • 4–10 business days depending on location

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Remote locations
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volume
  • Logistics disruptions

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

CJP Originals may occasionally offer:

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through:

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and contact details during checkout.


5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and locations.

CJP Originals reserves the right to:

  • Request prepaid payment for suspicious or high-risk orders

6. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery fails because of:

  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept order

the order may be cancelled or additional shipping charges may apply.


7. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All products on CJP Originals are made-to-order through Qikink after purchase.

Because of this:

  • Orders cannot usually be cancelled after processing begins
  • Exchanges for size issues or customer preference are not accepted

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Product descriptions
  • Product images
  • Size charts

before placing an order.


8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Returns or replacements are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • There is a major printing defect

To request support, customers must contact us within:

  • 48 hours of delivery

Required proof:

  • Clear unboxing video without cuts
  • Photos showing the issue
  • Order details

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.


9. DELAYS

CJP Originals is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Qikink production delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Political disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Unexpected logistics issues
